Important Dates:

We needed to be in Philmont New Mexico on Tuesday July 7, 2009 at noon.  We will depart Philmont on Sunday July 19, 2009 at 8:00am. 

We will likely need a day and a half to travel on both ends.  This means we will leave Fresno On Sunday July 5th, 2009 and be gone until late on Monday July 20th, 2009. 

Much of the information needed to make a decision on attending Philmont is contained in the Philmont Leaders Guide.  This was handed out at the first planning meeting.
