Congratulations to Ian Manfredo Troop 223's newest Eagle Scout!  Ian is a recent graduate of San Joaquin Memorial High School and scholar athlete.  Ian earned the rank of Eagle Scout by completing a leadership service project to construct a scoreboard for the San Joaquin Memorial Swim Complex.
